Discover Real Life at Harvest!

Welcome to our webpage!   Harvest Fellowship is a CELL CHURCH.   We meet at 400 2nd Ave. North, Sauk Rapids, MN 56379.  You may contact us at (320) 529-8838 or email us at info@harvestmn.com. We hope you learn more about Harvest Fellowship by perusing our website. May God richly bless you and we hope to see you soon!

We are a cell church. At HARVEST FELLOWSHIP we are all about being Real People, worshiping a Real God, experiencing Real Relationships that create Real Change! This is our vision and the Biblical structure that facilitates this vision best is the cell church model. The cell church model embraces the two winged approach where everyone in the church participates in the large worship service and the small Life Group (Acts 5:42; 20:20). We love God, each other, and the world through the simple process of serious involvement in the worship service (love God), the Life Group (love each other), and reaching out to the world. Although we meet in a traditional church building we are not a traditional church. Come see what being Real is all about!

Vision

Real people, Real God, Real relationships, Real change!

“We envision Harvest Fellowship as a mission center, penetrating central Minnesota by connecting people in life-transforming relationships.”

♥Worship Service – Connecting people with God

♥Life Groups – Connecting people with each other

♥Outreach – Connecting people with the world

Do you want McChurch…junk food that pleases the senses but doesn’t transform the soul?

Or do you want REAL CHURCH…where Real People (broken in various ways but accepted) meet the Real God (in both his transcendence and immanence) and experience Real Relationships (with both God and fellow travelers who deeply care for and enjoy each other), which produces Real Change (more like Jesus, less sin and addiction, helping others change into mature travelers on the journey toward eternity)?

Real people, Real God, Real relationships, Real change!

Mission

To Transform The Residents Of Central Minnesota Into Mature Disciples Of Jesus Christ Through The Relational Discipleship Of The Cell Church Model~

We want to make radical mature disciples of Jesus through the relational discipleship of the cell church model. A mature disciple is one who will love God with all of his or her heart, mind and strength, and who will use his or her spiritual gifts to love and serve each other, and who will love the world, especially through evangelism. A mature believer is a balanced believer. Those who only focus on the mind to the neglect of the affections and the will end up being a monster who is full of pride. Those who only focus on the emotions are easily swayed by the wolves Jesus warned us about and become unstable, always seeking the next emotional high. Those who emphasize actions to the neglect of the heart and mind fall into legalism and false doctrine. If we are all head or all heart or all hands and feet we are monsters, not disciples. At Harvest we seek balance. By balance we don’t mean a little mind, heart and actions; we challenge each believer to experience the fullness of God’s truth, love and plan for his or her life. We want a heart for God, a mind for truth, and hands and feet serving the world!

Upcoming in February

Would you like to go deeper in your understanding of God and His ways in such a way that both your mind and heart are touched and challenged? Former Bible college professor and pastor of Harvest Fellowship, Dr. Larry Siekawitch, will be teaching a ten week course on Theology 101, Sunday evenings from 6:00pm to 8:00pm starting February 12th. This is not a fluff class for shallow Christians, because God is in the business of making radical, mature disciples of Jesus Christ. The first four weeks we will cover God, creation and the Bible. The second four weeks we will deal with sin, Christ and salvation. The final two weeks we will discuss the Church and end times. Come see what the Bible says about these topics in a format where you can ask questions and get answers from God’s Word. Christianity is simple but deep. Even a child can understand the Gospel, but the most mature believer will always have room to go deeper because of God’s unfathomable nature. This is a class every Christian, whether brand new in the faith or a seasoned believer, will gain tremendously in understanding and loving God and His ways (Colossians 1:9-13; Philippians 1:9-11; Ephesians 1:17-19; 3:14-21; Hebrews 5:11-14; John 8:30-32).
